Composition:

Each 2.36 gm sachet contains: Diminazene Aceturate 1.05 gm& 1.31g Antipyrine.

Indication:

Diminazine aceturate is active against Trypanosoma spp. And Babesia spp.

Dosage & Administration:

Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 12.5 ml of sterile water & inject 3.5 mg per Kg body weight / 0.05 ml per Kg weight / by intramuscular route.

For T.brucci the dosage may be doubled.

Contra-Indication:

Do not use in animals having liver disease history.

Side effect:

Overdosing may cause symptoms related to CNS toxicity. Diminazene may aggravate pre-existing liver disease.

Withdrawal Period:

Meat     :    35days    

Milk      :    2  days

Storage:

Store at room temperature. Protect from light.

Keep out of reach of children.
